Description

ICI Special E265V vapour degreasing plant has a usable carrier size of 1000 x 530 x 500 mm(H) offering a compliant solvent vapour phase cleaning cycle in a single operation. Ideally to be used as an Immersion cleaning process tank can be used with any wet process requiring fume extraction, such as stripping, soak cleaning, or pre and post-treatment coatings.

The unique ICI double lid sealing system with an integrated automatic 250kg basket handling arrangement is designed to minimise any operator exposure to solvent emissions and offer a greatly reduced solvent consumption rate over the more conventional types of plant by the incorporated advanced energy control features and isolative properties of this particular design.

A single-stage electrically heated vapour degreaser. Complete with 4-sided rim and hood extraction with inbuilt fan, vented clean out sludge door, ultrasonic low level protection, "powertrim system" for accurate vapour level, energy saving control, and thermally insulated sides.

This is a good used example of a traditionally arranged self-contained vapour solvent degreasing plant.

Suitable for use with chlorinated solvents such as perk, ensolve, genklene, methylene chloride and other types of chlorinated solvents.

A used stainless steel semi-automatic enclosed solvent vapour degreaser plant from the ICI range of cleaning machines.

These machines are designed to work alongside a wide range of halogenated cleaning solvents with boiling points ranging from 40-110°C.

DLS enclosed vapour cleaning plant features include:

  • 4-sided rim extraction with integrated fan,
  • Chilled cooling water condensing coils,
  • Vented clean out door and upper chamber,
  • Power-trim energy saving device and thermally insulated stainless steel tank,
  • Complete with a unique ICI double lid sealing system and semi-automatic integral basket hoisting facility.

NOTE: The DLS with the double lid sealing system meets the requirements of the EPA guidance note PP6/23 and the current operator exposure regulations.
