Success Story: Securing a High-Spec Ultrasonic Cleaning Line in Record Time

The Opportunity

Strong, long-standing relationships with OEM partners often unlock exclusive opportunities and this was a perfect example. Through our 15+ year partnership and close working relationship with the manufacturer of our multistage cleaning line range, our director Michael Riley was given early access to a rare opportunity; an Ultrasonic 5/85 multistage cleaning line with no lead time.

This top of the range, fully enclosed system featured automated handling, loading and offloading conveyors, and had only been used for demonstrations and trade shows. Making it a “like new” solution with minimal usage.

The Customer

Knowing a customer who was actively seeking a multistage ultrasonic cleaning system, we offered this exclusive machine to them before we put it on general sale. Speed of delivery was critical, so the customer Preci-spark snapped up this opportunity to eliminate lead times entirely.  Preci-spark engineers visited the machine at a demonstration facility in Sweden, gave it the thumbs up and delivery was agreed.

Within just two weeks of that visit, the machine was delivered from Sweden to the UK and installed, providing an immediate, high-performance solution. Even more compelling, the system retained full OEM backing with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.

About the Machine - Riley Ultrasonic 5/85 Multistage Cleaning Line

Manufactured in 2023, this 5-stage ultrasonic cleaning line has seen only minimal use, having been operated prominently for promotional and demonstration purposes. Stored within the OEM’s distribution facilities since, it represented a rare opportunity to acquire a high spec, near new system with exceptionally low hours.

  • Generous tank capacity and high-powered heating across all stages.
  • Advanced ultrasonic capability with multi-frequency operation - 1000W (25kHz-Multi-250kHz).
  • Integrated drying system to complete the cleaning process with dry components.
  • Automated basket transporter capable of handling multiple baskets in process at once.
  • High-spec filtration, oil separation, and sensor technology.
  • SIEMENS PLC control interface with barcode integration.


The Result

This project highlights the value of acting quickly on exclusive opportunities and leveraging trusted supplier relationships. The customer secured a premium, ready to run system in a fraction of the usual lead time, without compromising on specification or support.
