Description

The RDM Engineering heated spray bake & drying room provides a versatile solution for component preparation, spray painting and coating drying within a single controlled environment. Designed to streamline the finishing process, it allows components to remain in place between spraying and drying, helping minimise handling and protect wet coatings for a high quality finish.

Suitable for specialist finishing applications, including automotive and motorsport environments, this spray bake room combines spraying and heated drying in one integrated workspace. Following the application of the coating, the room can be switched to bake mode, using controlled heat and ventilation to support the drying process. An automatic cooling stage allows the temperature to reduce at the end of the cycle before the operator returns.

The installation includes a Munters FA6™ evaporative humidifier and cooler, together with a box and Dravo heater to support the drying process.
