Description

Electrolytic Plating Station

Specification from OEM order

Tank nominal volume: 273 litres (dimensions TBC).

1 Off Single compartment polypropylene tank of internal size 700mm x 650mm x 700mm deep, complete with top flange (dimensions TBC).

External dimensions 1350mm x 850mm x 950mm (dimensions TBC).

The body of the tank will be manufactured from 15mm thick material. 

Solution level will be 100mm below the tank top flange.

The tank will be raised off the floor by integral support feet.

Tank will be supplied with:

  • 1 Off stainless steel heater rated at 2000 watts.
  • 1 Set heater controls with digital thermostat, thermo-couple and plug.
  • 1 Set anode and cathode rails manufactured in brass.
  • 1 Set cathode rail moving gear with three phase AC motor.
  • 1 Set low pressure air agitation blower with three phase AC motor.
  • 1 Set solution filtration manufactured in polypropylene complete with re-circulation pump, filter chamber and suction and delivery pipework.
  • 4 Off copper anode plates 200mm x 600mm.
  • 1 Off 300 amp X 10 V DC output rectifier for single phase AC supply.

Rectifier complete with remote control box incorporating LCD display of current, voltage, real time and ampere hours.
