Kite Brand (SRBP)

Kite Brand is a versatile phenolic paper laminate (SRBP) offering excellent electrical insulation, high insulation resistance, low moisture absorption and good mechanical strength. Readily machinable and suitable for hot punching up to 3.2 mm, it is widely used for low, medium and high voltage electrical insulation, including terminal boards, mounting panels, coil formers, insulating sleeves, busbar supports, spacers and enclosures.

VOLTIS® HGW 2082

HGW 2082 is a high strength phenolic cotton industrial laminate manufactured from fine weave cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin and cured into a rigid, mechanically robust material. Offering excellent wear resistance, mechanical strength, chemical and weather resistance, it also provides effective noise and vibration dampening. Ideal for machined components, wear plates, gears, cog wheels, friction surfaces and mechanical construction applications.

VOLTIS® HP 2061

VOLTIS® HP 2061 is a high strength phenolic paper laminate offering excellent mechanical strength alongside reliable electrical insulation properties for low voltage applications. With good machinability and punching performance up to 2.5 mm, it is well suited to CNC routing, milling and turning for precision components.

Grade 1P/13

Grade 1P/13 is a cost effective phenolic paper based laminate (SRBP) offering good mechanical and impact strength with moderate electrical insulation properties. Easy to machine and ideal for economical low voltage applications, it is commonly used for spacers, base and side plates, jigs, fixtures and general engineering components.

Grade 2F/14

Grade 2F/14 is a durable medium weave cotton/phenolic laminate (SRBF) combining good mechanical strength, rigidity, wear resistance and electrical insulation. Designed for demanding electromechanical applications, it is commonly used for slot wedges, stator packings, coil formers, operating arms and other components requiring toughness and reliable insulation.
