VOLTIS® HGW 2082

HGW 2082 is a high strength phenolic cotton industrial laminate manufactured from fine weave cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin and cured into a rigid, mechanically robust material. Offering excellent wear resistance, mechanical strength, chemical and weather resistance, it also provides effective noise and vibration dampening. Ideal for machined components, wear plates, gears, cog wheels, friction surfaces and mechanical construction applications.

Grade 6G/92

Grade 6G/92 is a high performance polyimide glass fabric laminate designed for applications requiring excellent mechanical strength, electrical insulation and thermal resistance. Offering good dimensional stability, moisture resistance and thermal endurance up to 250°C, it can be readily machined into precision components. Ideal for high-temperature electrical insulation, heat barriers, sealing rings, aircraft components and industrial machinery applications.

Grade 10G/48

Grade 10G/48 is a high quality epoxy glass fabric laminate offering excellent mechanical strength, rigidity, dimensional stability and electrical insulation, with low moisture absorption and reliable performance in both dry and humid conditions. Ideal for demanding mechanical and electrical applications, including turbine generator insulation, high strength component insulation, cryogenic equipment, electro-chemical machining jigs and structural insulation for high-performance electronic equipment.
