Description

This Rösler mesh belt, conveyor dryer is designed for gentle, efficient drying of both large and small components, particularly parts that are susceptible to damage during handling. It is especially well suited to heavy components and parts with multiple or varying hole sizes, where thorough and consistent drying is required.

Components are conveyed through a temperature-controlled drying chamber on a stainless steel woven wire mesh belt, while recirculated hot air provides efficient drying. Specially shaped air nozzles direct the heated air onto the components, helping optimise heat transfer and achieve uniform, reliable drying results.

Functional principle

The components are transported through a drying tunnel on a wire mesh belt. The drying takes place with hot air which is constantly recirculated with a blower fan uniformly heating the drying tunnel.
