Grade 1P/13 - Phenolic Paper Resin Laminated Plastic

  • Type of Synthetic Resin Bonded Paper (SRBP).
  • Cost effective commercial paper based laminate.
  • Designed for when an economical material is required with moderate electrical capacity.
  • A go-to low voltage insulation material.
  • Good mechanical & impact strength.
  • Suitable for machining.
  • Commonly used for spacers, base/side plates and simple jigs & fixtures.

10G/40 - Epoxy Glass Fabric Laminate Sheets

  • Type of Synthetic Resin Bonded Glass Fabric (SRBGF).
  • Designed for mechanical & electrical applications that require strength, rigidity dimensional stability and electrical performance.
  • Exceptional mechanical strength and low moisture absorption combined with reliable electrical performance in both dry and humid conditions. A rigid, dimensionally stable material with strong resistance to a wide range of operating environments.
  • A popular material, it's preferred for its heat resistant properties up to 130ºC.
  • Used in demanding insulation applications such as turbine generators, superconducting magnets and high strength structural bolt insulation.
