Description

The Jetwash JW99 is a stainless steel lined cellular type rotary hot wash spray machine, which uses towns water and any number of available environmentally friendly detergents. 

The machine is of a double skin construction with an 18mm injected cavity insulation gap offering maximum thermal insulation to the hot water tank and an extremely strong build rigidity. 

Designed to automatically wash/degrease a wide variety of industrial and commercial components. 

The operation is very simple, you just load the basket, close the lid and press start. The cycle is adjustable for both time and temperature and resets automatically each time the lid is opened at the end of the cycle. 

The wash basket remains stationary while the spray boom revolves around it. This means that any delicate components will not get damaged by shock movements. 

The inbuilt stainless steel pumps deliver over 150 litres of water every minute providing plenty of power to remove stubborn and difficult contamination from the components. This water is returned to the tank and is filtered to remove debris via an easily accessible collection filter basket. 

The spray bars fully envelope the basket offering a full 360°C wash pattern. For ease of loading larger parts, the spray bars can be split in the middle and pushed aside to allow the parts to be loaded directly from overhead with a crane or forklift unit.

The wash cycle of most components are typically cleaned and flash dried within just a few minutes.
