Description

This refurbished JLS Oven is a  robustly constructed from heavy gauge steel plate and rolled sections with a powerful airflow system incorporating a low pressure, high volume horizontal air- recirculating fan delivering uniform temperature distribution.

The refurbishment has seen the complete re wiring of the oven, new impellor has be fitted and any damage has been repaired. The explosion relief panels have been replaced.

The oven is configured to suit most applications including high temperature Drying, Curing, Stoving, Annealing, De-embrittlement, Stress relieving, Baking, Heat Treatments, Pre-Heating, and De-Coring etc.

The front loading Oven is supplied with swing aside heavy duty hinged doors, and a robust insulated floor, making it suitable for a wide range of, industrial batch production requirements.

The design of the oven incorporates 3 rear mounted explosion relief panels and a fresh air intake that when used for a process that may produce either water vapour, solvents or other volatiles, these gases can be easily evacuated from the work chamber by opening the fresh air inlet to introduce cooler fresh air into the suction airflow. This can also be used as a means of controlled cooling.

Also  fitted are 10 off Eltron Cromalox 5 watt heater elements providing 50kw of heat power. Manufactured to EN50018 designed for potentially explosive atmospheres.
