Description

A fettling booth with workbench and additional equipment creating a safe working environment for workers who are producing nuisance dust or fumes as they work.

  • Previously used in Rolls Royce as part of the engine manufacturing process.

Easy to install and very flexible

The booth can be connected directly to an external fan either in a stand alone system or with other booths and extraction arms and filters, in a centralised installation.

Can be used for the following operations;

  • Fettling.
  • Buffing.
  • Grinding.
  • Sanding.
  • Cutting.
  • Polishing.
  • Gluing.
  • Bonding.
  • Mixing.
  • Certain welding applications.

Spec.

  • Bench size 1440 x 700 x 800 height from the floor.
  • 2 twin fluorescent light
  • Magnifying glass mounted on an adjustable arm.
  • 2 x Ø300 dust extraction ports to the rear wall.
  • Adjustable dust extraction arm for precise extraction needs.
  • 4 off, 240 volt plug sockets with RCD's.
  • Pneumatic air line point.
