Description

A compact fettling booth designed to deliver a controlled and efficient working environment, complete with integrated workbench and rear dust extraction points. Built for durability and practicality, it offers excellent operator accessibility within a sturdy, space efficient footprint.

Engineered for flexibility, this booth can be easily installed and connected to a suitable external extraction system, whether as a standalone unit or part of a larger centralised setup. Previously utilised in high-spec manufacturing, it provides a reliable and adaptable solution for workshop environments requiring effective dust management and operator focused design. Previously used in Rolls Royce as part of the engine manufacturing process.

Specification

  • Bench size 1440mm x 700mm x 800mm height from the floor.
  • 2 twin fluorescent light.
  • Magnifying glass mounted on an adjustable arm.
  • 2 x Ø300 dust extraction ports to the rear wall.
  • Adjustable dust extraction arm for precise extraction needs.
  • 4 off, 240 volt plug sockets with RCD's.
  • Pneumatic air line point.
