Description

Wet systems utilise a turbulent water bath to effectively strip the air of dust from operations involving polishing, grinding, and de-burring.
The Nonflam extractors duct directly to the process, whether that be direct to the dust generating machinery, a stand alone downdraft bench, or even full dust control booths for larger parts.
Wet systems may also be used for other processes that create heavy sparks and dust, such as the cutting, grinding, air arcing, and thermal spraying of various types of metals.
The Nonflam wet collector is a self-induced wet scrubber that has been developed over many years to offer the ideal solution to hot gas streams laden with dusts.
Potentially explosive dusts such as Titanium and Aluminium can be handled safely and Magnesium can be extracted when fitted with auto water level control.

These high-efficiency collectors can be located inside or outside when fitted with a sump frost protection heater.
