Description

HPWM Series High Pressure Washing Cabinet are designed to wash small and complex parts with high pressure, heated water. They are foot switch operated which provides the operator with a much easier and controlled washing experience.

Engineered for powerful, efficient performance, the system combines high water flow with high pump pressure to deliver outstanding cleaning results. The use of heated water further enhances the cleaning effect, while the insulated tank design reduces heat loss and improves energy efficiency.

Bright internal lighting and a built-in window cleaning wiper provide clear visibility inside the wash cabinet, giving operators greater control during the cleaning cycle.

An integrated air gun inside the cabinet assists with post wash drying, helping to speed up processing and improve overall workflow.

The machine features a filtration system with separate filters positioned at the tank inlet and tank outlet. This design extending the lifespan of the machine water and detergent usage while maintaining consistent cleaning performance. All filters are washable and reusable, reducing running costs.

Operators maintain full process control via clear temperature indicators and a manometer, allowing precise monitoring of water temperature during operation.
