This 23-stage semi-automatic acid zinc plating line features a 6’ wide x 4’ high x 2’ deep process area, designed for efficient and consistent metal finishing. Built for reliability and precision, it delivers high-quality zinc coatings across multiple stages, making it ideal for industrial-scale plating operations.

  • 23 off freestanding mild steel tanks with linings as per process schedule.
  • 1 off semi-automatic transporter 250kg SWL (purchased new from Jacquet Weston in 2015)
  • 1 off runway system with parallel down shop transporter rails fixed to tank mounted support brackets.
  • 2 off acid zinc plating stations.
  • 3 off rectifiers.
  • 1 set filter pumps.
  • 6 off tanks fitted with fume extraction.
  • 8 off process tank heating systems.
  • 1 set interconnecting pipework services for drainage, water, air etc.
  • 1 set interconnecting electrical services for transporter, process heating etc.
