Description

This 19-stage semi-automated copper, nickel & chrome plating line measures approximately 8’ wide x 4’ high x 2’6” deep (in the direction of travel). Designed for precision and efficiency, it provides a complete multi-metal plating process ideal for demanding industrial & decorative applications.

• Tank cross section 8’ wide x 4’ high x 2’6”  generally (in direction of travel) .
• 19 off freestanding mild steel tanks with linings as per process schedule.
• 1 off underslung semi-automatic transporter 250 kg SWL.
• 1 off overhead gantry runway system with parallel down shop transporter rails supported from goalpost frame structures bolted to the factory floor.
• 3 off acid copper plating stations.
• 1 off nickel strike plating station.
• 1 off cyanide copper plating station.
• 3 off bright nickel plating stations.
• 1 off chrome plating station.
• 7 off Rectifiers including
  • AF02 8V 2000A x 2 circa 2016
  • AF02 8V 2000A x 1 circa 2016 in storage as a spare
  • AF02 8V 1500A x 3 circa 2016
  • AF02 8V 1000A x 1 circa 2016
• 1 set filter pumps.
• 4 off tanks fitted with fume extraction.
• 7 off process tank heating systems.
• 1 set interconnecting pipework services for drainage, water, air etc.
• 1 set interconnecting electrical services for transporter, process heating etc.
