Description

Upgrade your dust extraction process with this compact, self-contained FX 250 H unit, complete with fans and filter media for automatic or manual cleaning and collection. Powered by a 5.5 kW / 7.5 Hp motor, this versatile fine dust filter handles a wide range of dust types across multiple applications and includes a built-in explosion relief panel.

The FX 250 range are self-contained, high efficiency, envelope type units of compact design. They incorporate fan, motor and filter assemblies with mechanically operated shaking mechanisms and are designed to accept combinations of fan volume/cloth area to meet the varying applications in industry. 

Full width hinged access doors, with quick release fasteners, provide easy inspection or removal of fan, motor or filter.

This unit has been produced with the additional features of a pre-separation chamber to help separate light dust from the air-stream before they make contact with the filter bags. 

The automatic electrical shaking mechanism control unit consists of contactors and time delay relays, so that when the stop button is operated, the fan motor is allowed to run down before the shaker motor is automatically energised. This then runs for a pre-determined period, after which the whole system is shut down and reset.

The FX filter performance enables the recirculation (in some circumstance) of filtered air back into the process area, promoting cost savings through energy efficiency by the return of treated air.
