Description

A special purpose set up unit comprising of 2 driven conveyors, a weighing system, a vertical box conveyor and control panel.

In the original design and operation, the items are transported from one process via the first conveyor and the second conveyor, positioning a suitable container onto the weighing scales. Items are transported up the conveyor and are deposited into the container and the weight is monitored. When the required weight is reached the container is moved into the exit conveyor, The stacking unit indexed and an empty container is positioned on the weighing scales for the next supply of components.

With modifications these items can be re-configured to many different applications. 

Loading Conveyor 

  • Motor driven belt conveyor.
  • Transporting of components from one operation into a box container.
  • 1650mm x 525mm approx.

Vertical Box Conveyor

  • Holds up to 5 boxes.
  • Box indexing and loading onto conveyor for loading with components.
  • Paddle loading for empty box onto scales.
  • Sizes 1000mm x 700mm x 1850mm.

Weighing Scales

  • Metal belt conveyor.
  • PH Excell precision.
  • IP68 waterproof check weighing indicator with stainless steel housing.
  • Two adjustable weighing speeds.
  • Selectable weighing units, Kg, g, lb and Oz.

Offloading Conveyor

  • Collection of filled box onto roller tracking.
  • Paddle movement of box onto lifting conveyor belt.
  • Conveyor belt lifting to exit height of 850mm.
  • 1650mm x 450mm x 850mm

Suitable boxes approx. 300mm x 200mm x 200mm

3 phase 415 volt.
