Description

General Description

  • Constructed by modular techniques furnaces have an inner case `heat box` surrounded by an air gap  This double skin construction ensures that the furnace casing remains relatively cool even when working at high temperatures.
  • Safe, simple and economical to use.
  • The furnace lining consists of high efficiency graded low thermal mass insulation materials for reduced energy costs.
  • The vertically lifting full width door affords obstruction free access to the work chamber.
  • Heating: The heating elements are high quality graded spiralled wire, carefully positioned and fixed in place. 
  • Controls: The controls are below the furnace body and set an angle for ease of vision.

ABB SM500F Field Mountable Videographic Recorder (VGR)

Process data is displayed clearly to the local operator through a variety of display formats, including chart, bar graph and digital indicator displays. Four separate alarms can be set for each of the four input channels.  

Data logged from the inputs is recorded onto the memory of the VGR and simultaneously onto a removable SD card. Thus, giving data backup should either fail. The recorded data can either be accessed by removing the SD card and downloading using the ABB software (available on line)
