Description

A pre owned AEW low temperature thermal batch processing oven suitable treatments oven for drying, curing, and other low temperature thermal processes.

AEW offers ovens are constructed with heavy gauge steel interiors and exterior with thick, high-temperature insulation for good thermal insulation. 

Batch ovens offer multiple the ability to process numerous small parts or larger singular loads with powerful air circulation motor and electric heaters for continuous processing.

Typical Applications for Treatment ovens:

  • Drying and curing.
  • Heat treating aircraft parts to Boeing and Rolls-Royce specifications.
  • Heat treating springs and plated parts curing sermetal coated components.
  • De-embrittlement of plated parts.

  • Fitted with Eurotherm digital proportional temperature controllers.
  • 50 - 250°C temperature range.
  • Vertical recirculating airflow.
  • Adjustable vent facility to atmosphere.
