Description

Reverse osmosis units series UO 120 (500 WSE) is used for the desalination of softened drinking water according to current drinking water regulations.

This compact reverse osmosis unit manufactured by Herco Wassertechnik is used for the desalination of softened drinking water according to current drinking water regulations (free chlorine not detectable).  Managed by an RO 524 microprocessor controller, drinking water can also be desalinated without pre-treatment, with a reduced permeate recovery rate, dependent on the raw water analysis. The unit is suitable for wall mounting or fixation on the floor

The machine is designed from a stainless steel base frame with plastic front panel. Special inlet filter with 5 µm-filter cartridge and pressure gauge, high pressure pump, rotary-vane type, high performance wound module(s) with PA/PS composite membranes in a stainless steel pressure vessel.

Valves such as sampling valves for feed water, solenoid inlet valve, are used to regulate the flow rate of permeate and concentrate. There is also a pressure switch for pump feed pressure and a pressure gauge for displaying the operating pressure. There are also flow meters for permeate and concentrate; conductivity meters for measuring of permeate conductivity.
