Description
EBARA AAS series of dry vacuum pumps is a compact design and incorporates various sensors and control features to give a high quality, reliable product. It is a screw type with a booster pump and main pump connected in series Timing gears and bearings are enclosed in an independent compartment and are lubricated with PFPE oil. N2 gas is used to seal the shaft to ensure a clean vacuum can be achieved without any lubricating oil being drawn in. Due to heat generation water cooling is required.
** Refurbished at a cost of £8,500.00 in 2013 - Very little run hours after that **
Originally used with a Centrotherm Tube furnace this vacuum pump has had limited use and can be used in multiple applications where the generation of a dry vacuum is required.
The full installation and operation manual is attached and included with the unit.
