Description

This second hand FX440 H extraction unit with 7.5kW / 10 Hp motor is an extremely versatile fine dust filter, capable of handling numerous dust types over a wide range of applications. This is mounted on a tall hopper to allow large bag collection from below which is controlled by a Mancuna discharge valve. 

A completely self-contained dust collector with an integral fan, acoustic attenuator and automatic controller, the FX uses high efficiency envelope filter elements to cope with anything from fine & light dusts to heavy & abrasive dusts. The FX is designed to accept combinations of air volumes and filtration areas to meet varying applications of intermittent processes. The FX benefits from standard zintec steel for even more demanding environments.

The FX filter performance enables the recirculation (in some circumstances) of filtered air back into the process area, promoting cost savings through energy efficiency by the return of treated air.
