Description

The machine is designed to wrap products in an automatic wrapping cycle, using non-toxic and non-harmful heat-shrink film. The shrink-wrapping cycle encloses the product in the shrink wrapping film, the product then passes through a heated tunnel which heats up and shrinks the wrap around the product. It must be ensured that the heat of the machine does not damage the product being wrapped. The machine can be used in automatic or manual mode.

Operation

The product is pushed into the machine at the load end and is enclosed in the wrap, this is then sealed and cut. The wrapped product is then moved through the heated tunnel on a mesh belt conveyor where the heat shrinks the wrapping around the product. There is a cooling fan at the end of the conveyor and the product passes under this and out of the machine onto a suitable table or roller tracking (not included).
