Description

Magnetic separator

Originally part of a CC Vibratory finishing cell, was originally used with VW1133J (now sold)

If your work pieces and abrasive media are roughly similar in size, or if part mixing is not permitted, then the external magnetic separation units from Trowal could be the ideal solution for precisely separating these types of parts. This saves both time and money over manually screening your parts and media once it has left the system.

Drive Motor

  • 0.25kW.
  • 1390 Rev/Min motor, gearbox reduction to belt drive.

Track/Belt

  • Rubber conveyor belt.
  • Electro magnetic.
