Ruwac Industriesauger NA35 DustEx / GasEx Wet Separator.

Wet separators are used to separate dust and dust particles of all kinds. They are passed into liquid media and are safely bound there. Our wet separators are available in different designs that differ in size. They are particularly suitable for suction materials such as propellant powder, explosives, titanium, aluminium dust or magnesium dust. The dusts are introduced into liquid media and are therefore no longer easily flammable. And even cooling hot gases is possible.

Technical equipment (machines and apparatus) for separating dust from raw gases is referred to as wet separator (NA). The NA extract the dust-laden air and transport it into one Liquid-filled collecting container. There air and dust are swirled with the liquid, whereby the dust binds to the liquid and as
Sediment sinks to the bottom.

Area of application, among others SLM (laser melting process) aerospace, automotive or medical technology.

Suitable for suction, etc. of explosive dusts, sticky or explosive dusts, propellant powder residues, explosives, Titanium, Aluminium or Magnesium dusts.
