Vibratory Loader with Transfer

A  Vibratory Feed Hopper with closure gate for the controlled feed and payout of mass small parts into secondary processes

The vibrating deck acts as an intermediate storage and distribution hopper by means of both an induction vibratory motor and pneumatic closure gate. 

The effect of the vibration causes the components to level out into a uniform layer and transfers them in a steady linear motion across the deck. 

With the closure gate in play, rapid and accurate amounts of components can be transferred then held to offer specific weights or quantities.

Typical applications may include:

  • Controlled parts loading into vibratory finishing equipment such as process bowls and dryers
  • Controlled parts loading into wash and dry tunnels
  • Controlled parts loading onto mesh belt furnaces
  • Controlled feed onto weigh check systems
  • controlled feed into batch process machinery
  • Controlled loading into plating barrels
  • Controlled loading into belt and barrel blast machinery.
