Description

A lift and load Shot Transport device built by CraneCare to work in conjunction the the Dreher VT 5 range of machines (Our stock number VT1037S) for replenishing the media and parts into the processing bowls.

 The hoisting unit is placed at either end of the Dreher VT5 and mates with the machines work station unload tray. After the barrel has been removed from the machine and on to the unload tray, the barrel is opened and rotated to empty both the media and the parts across a screen to separate them.

The media passes through the screen and is collected in the base of the tray. The loader allows the media to be transferred to its own hopper trug which then can be easily lifted to reload the media and parts back into the process barrel to repeat the process. This allows the barrel to be easily loaded and avoids the need for manual lifting of heavy weights.
