Description

This robust workstation takes care of the pollutants before they reach the breathing zone. The air and lighter dust are extracted directly from the back of the table whilst the heavier particles fall downwards through a grid to the collection hopper below. (Suitable grid to be fitted by the purchaser)

The duct connection for the external fan is located on top of the table and it is recommendable to use an appropriate separate filter device between the grid and the fan.

This station is fitted with both fixed and articulated lighting to ensure high quality control of the fettling process.

A comprehensive air management and electrical power supply system is also installed on the unit which allows a choice of either electrical or pneumatically powered tools to be used on the bench.

  • External Size: 1540mm x 1100mm x 2420mm
  • Potential work area: 1535mm x 800mm
  • Duct Size: 200mm diameter working at 1m/second velocity
