Despite the challenges of Brexit we have continued to sell machinery to France.

To highlight just some of the recent sales we’ve consistently made, continue reading to find out the variety of machinery we have sold to our French customers.

 

Pre-treatment & Electrolytic Plating Line

Expanding to their production for preparing stainless steel and aluminium, a manufacturer in northern France brought a PMD 7 stage electrolytic plating line from Rileys. Specialising in the manufacturing of mechanically welded structures, tanks, and pipes; the addition of the plating line will prepare metals in a more time effective manner.

The electrolytic plating line is particularly beneficial for processes such as hard anodising, supporting the additional surface treatment services the buyer provides including anodizing, burnishing & stainless steel passivation.

 

Two-Stage Finishing Process

To develop and increase their production, this customer reached out to us following a direct interest in a manual parts washer and range of vibratory bowls we had in stock.

This customer had signed up to our Machine Alert Email service and spotted just the machine they needed hours after it was listed for sale. The component washer they wanted was a  particularly straightforward bit of kit. This simplicity made this machine high in demand with the 3 of 4 selling within 12 hours of going live on the website. Our customer, whose background was in mechanical component finishing, was eager to secure the last one.

The customer also chose a 125 litre Rosler vibratory bowl. Perfect for surface finishing the smaller to medium size metallic parts associated with the manufacturing of mechanical components.

 

Vibratory Finisher From Our French Contact

No stranger to working with independent third-party agents from within the industry, an individual we have worked with on multiple occasions as our correspondence to many of our French customers is Jean-Claude Bechir.

Jean-Claude contacted us on behalf of a buyer interested in a Walther Trowal Parts Finisher we had in stock.

As a manufacturer of metal components, the large capabilities of vibratory finishers benefited this French manufacturer as they would be able to surface finish batches of components like valves, fittings and meter parts.
