Description

The Wheelabrator heavy duty waffle blast room is an industrial abrasive blasting system designed for processing large components, fabrications and steelwork. Featuring a waffle floor abrasive recovery system, dust extraction and a pressure pot with an integrated rubber lined cyclone, it provides a solution for heavy duty surface preparation and abrasive recycling.

The blast room uses a grated waffle floor to recover spent abrasive and dust through pneumatic extraction, reducing the need for mechanical conveyors and deep under floor pits. Airflow draws dust away from the operator to support visibility within the working area, while recovered abrasive is separated and returned to the blasting system for reuse.

With internal dimensions of approximately 3000 × 3000 × 3000mm, the room is suited to applications involving large welded assemblies, fabrications and other substantial components.
