Description

The Kerry 350 Mono-Solvent cleaning machine is designed for precision cleaning of water sensitive components and assemblies where solvent cleaning delivers improved process performance. The mono-solvent system combines ultrasonic cleaning with vapour rinsing and drying, providing thorough and controlled cleaning across a wide range of suitable solvents.

Designed for efficient solvent use, the machine features dual refrigerated reflux cooling and a high 150% freeboard ratio, helping minimise solvent losses. A secondary refrigeration system also operates during standby to further reduce solvent evaporation.

The two stage cleaning process incorporates heated ultrasonic cleaning with pumping and filtration, followed by an electrically heated boiling stage that generates solvent vapour for rinsing and drying. Distilled solvent is condensed, separated from water and returned to the ultrasonic tank, while contaminated solvent is displaced into the boiling sump for distillation.

Continuous filtration and distillation help maintain controlled solvent cleanliness, while the self-contained controls and E200 PLC controller provide straightforward operation and process control from the main control panel.
