Description

This second hand Super 9 cabinet is a highly durable, rigid and tightly sealed, blast cabinet, for those larger jobs and finished to the highest quality standards

The Guyson 9 is an over height cabinet with manual rotary table and crane entry for those larger and taller jobs, with exceptional component entry and twin height sleeved armholes which provide safe and comfortable operator access. (Top two armholes are blanked off)

The Guyson 9 manual bead blasting cabinet offers a faster alternative to labor intensive operations such as hand deburring, scraping and wire brushing, chemical cleaning, acid etching or dipping, liquid honing, knife trimming, sanding, grinding and many others.
It is ideal for component producers, reconditioners and remanufacturers seeking to replace these slower and more labor intensive methods.

Guyson blast finishing uses compressed air to propel blast media directly at the component through an exclusively designed blast gun. These clean and safe operations are housed in the illuminated cabinet from which dust is constantly removed and the blast media recycled to provide a continuous and reliable cleaning and finishing system.

The Guyson bead blast cabinet is capable of using a wide selection of blast media at alternative pressures ... pressures low enough to blast delicate parts and high enough to handle the most demanding cleaning and finishing operations.

Suction feed or venturi systems are generally selected for light-to-medium production requirements.

Dust Extractor

The Guyson dust collection unit is a highly efficient unit for filtering out and collecting the dust laden air from the blast cabinet. The heavier extracted particles being deflected downwards towards the collection bin, the lighter particles are retained on the surface of the filter. The unit takes 12 x filter sock type filters.
