Description

The Guyson Euroblast 8PF is a robust pressure-feed shotblasting system designed for fast, efficient cleaning and surface finishing. With a 250kg load capacity, rotary table, variable pressure control and matching C800/3 dust collector, it provides a complete solution for demanding manual blasting applications.

The Guyson Euroblast range is built for durability, with rigid, tightly sealed cabinets fabricated and welded from 16 gauge sheet steel and finished to a high standard. Excellent component entry facilities and sleeved armholes provide safe, comfortable operator access.

Guyson manual bead blasting offers a fast, efficient alternative to labour intensive processes including deburring, wire brushing, chemical cleaning, sanding and grinding. Ideal for component producers, re-conditioners and re-manufacturers looking to improve productivity and reduce manual finishing.

Compressed air propels blast media through a purpose designed blast gun, while the illuminated cabinet provides a clean, controlled working environment with continuous dust extraction and media recycling. A wide range of media and pressures allows delicate components through to demanding cleaning and finishing applications.

Pressure fed systems are designed for high productivity, delivering cleaning times of up to four times faster than conventional venturi systems.

Come with Dust Collector, Pressure Pot and Cyclone

Complete with a Guyson dust collector that has been designed and developed to match the operational and environmental requirements of the system. Cabinet size, air input through the blast gun, the application and whether the cabinet usage is intermittent, regular or continuous are all factors in choosing the correct dust collector.

The Guyson  8PF is 4 times faster than suction suction fed units is recommended for manual treatment of large surface areas, removal of tough coatings and surface deposits, or whenever high productivity must be achieved.

Dust Extractor

The  powerful C800/3 dust collector it provides the system with good visibility in the blast chamber and a clean operating environment in the workshop. The unit contains 2 polyester or PTFE cartridges maintained by an automatic reverse pulse cleaning action, which back flushed the filters allowing the dust to be collected by the bin located at the bottom of the unit. There is an optional Hepa filter which can also installed. The extracted airflow drawn by the dust collector is carefully balanced with the media, reclamation and the cabinet to ensure that a minimum of reusable blast media is removed.

Cyclone and Pressure Pot

The larger 55 litre capacity pressure blast pot manufactured by ACF in 2010 with integrated cyclone minimises refill time and increases blast duration. The cyclone separates lighter spent media from heavier reusable media which is recirculated for improved blasting efficiency and visibility inside the cabinet.
