Description

This Timesavers 22 Series deburring machine is a versatile, high production system for deburring, edge breaking and surface finishing flat metal components. Designed to process punched, nibbled, sheared, laser, plasma and flame cut parts, it removes burrs, irregularities and slag while delivering a consistent finish across a wide range of materials.

Featuring powerful grinding motors, the machine is capable of handling tough and heavy duty applications while keeping operating costs low. Depending on configuration, abrasive belt & brush rollers can deburr and finish in a single pass, multi-disc heads can grind surfaces and break edges, while brush rolls provide edge rounding and a final finishing pass. The Hammerhead system is particularly effective for rapidly removing stubborn slag and dross from plasma and flame cut parts.
