Description

The Donaldson Torit® DCE® DFPRO SPK collectors are dust and fume collection systems specifically engineered for various applications including plasma, autogenous and laser cutting, dust laden air streams with the potential to carry sparks and hot dusts.

The reverse pulse system of the DFPRO maintains optimum filter efficiency by automatically backwashing the filter elements with a 90 psi high-pressure jet of compressed air removing the contaminants and depositing them quickly into the waste collection bucket.

The high-performance Downflo family of dust collectors provides up to 25% more filtration capacity than other same-sized cartridge collectors. Powered by proprietary Ultra-Web® Nanofibre filtration technology, DFPRO delivers cleaner air, up to two times longer filter life, and greater cost savings.

Donaldson DFPRO SPK cartridge collectors enlist the latest developments in oval-shaped filters with the advanced Ultra-Web® filter media to provide a sophisticated and efficient solution for filtering a wide range of nuisance dusts. 

The Ultra-Web® cartridge filters capture submicron particles with nano-fibre technology and pre-HEPA MERV 13 efficiency. Longer Filter Life that lasts up to 2 times longer than cellulose or blended media, depending on the application Greater Cost Savings Provides the best value and long-term savings.
