Description

This ex-demo rotating drum industrial washer offers a modern, efficient solution for heavy-duty cleaning. Designed to clean components made from a variety of materials like steel, stainless steel, brass & aluminium - it delivers exceptional results with a like-new performance. A rare opportunity to invest in high-quality industrial washing for a fraction of the price new.

Suitable for components such as blind holes, recesses, small metal parts, valves etc.

Cleaning Features

The washing basket rotates on its longitudinal axis both clockwise and anticlockwise, thus ensuring a perfect washing result. Ending every cleaning cycle by automatically aligning the basket to the exit of unloading. For precision cleaning, the opposite ramp rotation angles the basket so it facing opposite the spray ramp for optimum cleaning results.

Constructed of stainless steel, this ATR cleaner can be used for cleaning components via spraying, immersion or both using the two tanks.

The ATR model is mechanically pre-set for the most important options required: oil skimmer for each tanks, hot air drying, vertical filters, ultrasonic and steam condenser.
