Description

ESP cabin type pressure washing system provides cleaning of coarse dirt such as oil, grease, production wastes accumulating on the surface of the parts leaving the production or maintenance line with pressurized water and chemicals. Three-angle nozzle system is offered as standard in ESP washing systems, where only the washing process takes place in a single cabinet.

Washing system

  • Automatic washing with pressurised spray water and basket turntable rotation system.

Working principle

  • To clean all surfaces of the parts, the parts are automatically washed with hot water and chemical detergents with the help of pressurised spray jet nozzles.
  • Suitable for medium to heavy weight products up to 300Kgs.

  • Single tank with heating.
