The batch-type oven delivers reliable, precise heat distribution across an operational range of up to 375°C<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->. and is specifically engineered to satisfy a diverse range of industrial component treatments, including coating curing and material testing.

1. Construction

T his batch-type oven delivers reliable and precise heat distributions across an operational range up to 350°C. It is engineered to satisfy  a diverse range of industrial component treatments, including  coating curing, and material testing.

A well designed, robust oven offering a large stainless steel chamber with a rear mounted, indirect drive motor and fan arrangement.

The heater elements are also mounted at the rear of the oven and distributed evenly along the sides of the oven and horizontally into the heat treatment area.

The oven chamber is accessed by a double door arrangement with a 4 point  locking system. Unusually, the doors are pivoted at midpoint to minimise area taken up when opened.

The control  panel is mounted separately to the oven  in is own housing and consists of a high specification Nanodac controller and Eurotherm over temperature device.
