Gallito Box Curing Oven

For Drying, Curing, Baking & Preheating.

Gallito is a leader in paint oven technology. Their Batch Process Oven, with its compact design, provides an economical solution for space limitations. The uni-flow air distribution system circulates heated air on both sides of the oven for a balanced, uniform temperature throughout. This results in a quality finish for your products.

The oven is constructed on from steel sheet with reinforcements to the frame and doors and an aluminium clad internal chamber. The sandwiched sheets are interweaved with aluminium clad fibreglass insulation to retain the heat and offer low running costs.

Omron Dual display temperature controller.
Double doors to each end.

3 phase 2.2kw circulation fan.
100kw Comtherm package burner designed to run on Natural Gas.
