Description

Gallito is a leader in finishing technology, with batch process curing ovens that offer a compact and economical solution for industrial applications. Designed for drying, curing, baking, and preheating, these versatile ovens deliver reliable and consistent thermal processing while maximising valuable workshop floor space.

The uni-flow air distribution system circulates heated air on both sides of the oven for a balanced, uniform temperature throughout. This results in a quality finish for your products.

The oven is constructed on from steel sheet with reinforcements to the frame and doors and an aluminium clad internal chamber. The sandwiched sheets are interweaved with aluminium clad fibreglass insulation to retain the heat and offer low running costs.

  • Omron Dual display temperature controller.
  • Double doors to each end.
  • Internal dimensions (WxDxH) - 1600mm x 3000mm x 2000mm
  • Overall dimensions (WxDxH) -  3200mm x 2750mm x 3500mm (plus 1m for burner box) 
  • 3 phase 2.2kw circulation fan.   
  • 100kw Comtherm package burner designed to run on natural gas.
  • Auto chamber atmosphere purge system.
  • Fume bleed system to reduce the volatiles within the chamber whilst processing.
  • Control includes process batch timer with auditable sounder and auto process shutdown.
  • Explosion relief panels mounted in the roof for safe operation.
