Description

A second hand DCE Unimaster UMA 153 G8 dust extraction unit designed to stand alongside a very wide range of dust generating machinery and processes.

The UMA 153 G8 is a compact, self contained fabric filter dust control unit complete with 5.5kW fan, self cleaning mechanism, explosion relief panel with fan stop option, easy-access filter assembly, & a 3ft3 waste container bucket with quick-release sealer gear and IP rating making it suitable for outdoor siting.

Features

  • Compact design - Minimises floor space and fits in virtually any plant layout.
  • Versatility to suit a variety of dust collection applications.
  • Quiet & efficient operation - Motor and fan are enclosed in the top collector housing to minimise noise.
  • Easy maintenance - 3ft³ waste collection bucket.
  • Quick release bucket - Lever allows for easy removal and maintenance of the waste bin.
  • Inlet deflector knocks down larger particles into the hopper reducing bag abrasion and increasing bag filter life.
  • Heavy duty flexible metal inner bag coils inserted into the filter bags, the mattresses keeps the filter bags open to maximize airflow and assist in releasing the dust during its cleaning cycle.
  • Explosion relief panel for use with potentially explosive dusts covered under the ATEX regs whereby any pressure generated within the unit will vent through the panel and cut the power supply to the fan.
  • Bag release screws allow for easy removal of bags from the front of the machine.
  • Selection of filter media allows the unit to be tailored to suit specific dusts and applications.
