Description

Side channel vacuum pumps (also called regenerative blowers) are high efficiency, oil free devices that move large volumes of air for industrial tasks like CNC routing and wastewater aeration. Manufactured for durability, these virtually maintenance free pumps use a contact free impeller to compress air without contaminating it.

How They Work

• The Impeller: A single spinning wheel acts like a fan inside a circular casing.
• The Channel: As the wheel spins, it throws air to the outside edges where a "side channel" repeatedly speeds up the air.
• The Result: This continuous spinning creates powerful, smooth suction( vacuum) or pressure.

• CNC Machining: Used to hold wooden or plastic sheets firmly in place on the cutting table.
• Water Treatment: Pumps oxygen into water for fish tanks and sewage treatment plants.
