Description

The Guyson Euroblast 4PF is a high-performance pressure-fed blast cabinet designed for fast, precision cleaning, stripping and surface preparation. Ideal for grit blasting, soda blasting, plastic media stripping and manual shot peening, it delivers efficient processing without damaging critical components. Featuring upgraded media recovery and HEPA filtration.

The Guyson Euroblast 4PF manual blasting cabinet can offer non destructive cleaning of critical parts without distortion or surface abrasion. It is ideal for component producers, re-conditioners and re-manufacturers seeking to replace slower and more labour intensive methods.

Guyson Euroblast® - perfect for all types of Soda blasting, plastic stripping, grit blasting, sand blasting, and manual shot peening.

Pressure Feed

Designed for speed, giving faster cleaning times(up to four times faster than venturi systems) to meet higher production requirements.

This hybrid version is specifically arranged for use with light polishing - stripping media, with upgraded components to address the complexities of recovering light media and the separation of the waste material.

The unit is equipped with an extended cyclone separation unit with sealed media collection draw at the base.

C400/3 reverse pulse cartridge collector with secondary HEPA filtration, both with Magnehelic pressure differential monitoring gauges, pulse on demand cleaning, sealed waste bucket collection and Increased capacity 27litres SA27 pressure feed pot with fine adjustment media flow regulation.
