Description

Part of the popular Prime XL range, this premium Genlab oven is engineered for reliable, high performance heating applications. Featuring a durable stainless steel chamber and an intuitive touchscreen control interface, it delivers precise and user friendly temperature management for demanding industrial & laboratory processes.

Constructed with a robust heavy duty panel framework, this oven was designed to accommodate higher load capacities while providing continuous operating temperatures from 40°C to 250°C.

Previously used for resin autoclave applications, it is well suited to demanding industrial heating processes.

  • Heavy duty structural steel framework with powder coated exterior panels and high performance thermal insulation.
  • Chamber constructed from aluminised mild steel with removable chrome plated wire shelf.
  • Side-mounted fan duct heating system fitted with durable Incoloy sheathed heating elements.
  • Advanced touchscreen control interface with precision temperature regulation and independent over-temperature protection via dual Pt100 sensors.
  • Customisable operating features to suit a range of specialist heating applications.
  • Integrated temperature trending display with extended monitoring capability and optional alarm output upgrades.
  • Side mounted control panel for convenient operator access.
  • Internal vacuum manifold arrangement with 3 x 2-way connections designed for use with an external vacuum pump (not supplied).
