Description

The Carbolite 300°C General Purpose Oven is a robust 400 litre batch oven designed for reliable and uniform heat treatment applications such as drying, curing and heat treatment.

Features

  • The ovens provide excellent performance and reliability.
  • Chamber capacities of 400 litres, at temperatures up to 300°C (TBC)
  • A long working oven life.
  • The external construction is of mild steel section powder coated.
  • High thermal efficiency is achieved through the use of low thermal mass insulation.
  • Air circulation is critical for efficient and uniform heating and horizontal air flow is achieved via heavy duty impellers.
  • A temperature uniformity of +5°C to within 100mm of the walls and roof and 150mm of the doors and floor is achieved.
  • Fitted with interlocked side hinged doors.
