Description

Designed for modern industrial component cleaning, the Technowash TechSpray F2500 is a fully automatic front loading spray wash system delivering high pressure, low working height jet washing for effective early stage pre-treatment cleaning. Built to handle large batches & oversized components, it features a 2500mm² basket capacity for increased output.

Featuring heated recirculated wash, fine filtration, oil separation and Siemens smart controls, it provides efficient removal of oils, grease and contaminants while maintaining safe, ergonomic operation for large and delicate components alike.

Part of a front loading cleaning range known for being fully automatic, robust, reliable and durable. Designed for modern requirements such as efficient component cleaning whilst remaining ergonomic and safe, eliminating environmental & operating hazards associated with solvent cleaning systems.

Operation

Fitted with fine inline filtration and suitable oil separation, they are able to achieve high standards of cleanliness.

Maximum cleaning efficiency is achieved with a constant speed enabling all the power produced by the wash pump to be used for the washing process, whilst ensuring that delicate and lightweight parts can be washed and degreased without damage or disturbance.

The machine is operated by a Siemens HMI screen incorporating Technowash smart control technology. The machines parameters are changeable within this interface function.

Features

  • Full double skin 304L grade stainless steel construction with thermal acoustic insulation throughout (35mm thickness).
  • Stainless steel mesh component basket with minimal product height clearance.
  • Maximum basket weight capacity - 100kg component.
  • External load/drip tray to roll the component basket onto, for loading and unloading purposes. 
  • Three wheeled trolleys.
  • Pneumatic power driven front mounted vertical access door.
  • Machine mounted control panel, complete with Siemens LOGO micro-processor and all relevant control and indicator/warning lights including adjustable fluid temperature control and process cycle timer.
  • Electric powered fluid heating fitted to the wash tank with digital type, fluid temperature control.
  • Multiple water powered stainless steel rotary spray bar assemblies with spray jets positioned above and below the component basket to spray the heated wash fluid solution onto the component parts.
  • Side mounted fluid saddle tanks with hinged and lockable tank lids.
  • Chemical and corrosion resistant pressed stainless steel high flow wash and rinse pumps.
  • Integral coarse and medium level of fluid particle filtration.
  • Water vapor extraction, bifurcated fan/ motor assembly.
  • Automatic mains water refill solenoids fitted to the wash tank.
  • Fine inline fluid particle filtration with pressure differential gauges. 
  • SICK digital high / low fluid level warning and cut out control.
  • External oil/water separator  Model OS1.
  • Tank capacity - 1200 Litres.
  • Pump flow rate - 800 to 1000L/min (pressure 7-8 Bar).
  • Heating power - 48kW.
