Description
The SmartGrinder 150K is a high performance, German built abrasive belt grinder designed for precision, versatility and consistent surface finishing across a wide range of materials. Its modular design and dry grinding capability make it an efficient and adaptable solution for modern metal finishing applications.
Built around a modular concept, the SmartGrinder 150K offers exceptional flexibility and can be easily integrated into existing metal processing lines, making it ideal for both small workshops and larger production environments.
With a working width of 150mm and the capability to handle material thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 150 mm, it accommodates a broad range of dry grinding applications, from delicate finishing to heavy stock removal.
Capable of performing grinding, deburring, finishing and surface roughening on flat bars, sheet metal, and hollow sections. Its compatibility with a wide variety of consumables—including abrasive belts (grit sizes 40–400), super finishing belts, nylon abrasive belts, and various brushes or wheels—ensures adaptability across different finishing requirements.
