EMC Easy Gloss M1220 Reciprocating Flatbed Polisher

High-quality polishing of metal parts via a reciprocating, oscillating brush. Capable of processing flat and curved surfaces with a working width of 1220mm and a working height of 0-295mm.

Working width – 1220 mm.
Working height – 0-295 mm.
Maximum workpiece dimensions – 2660 x 1220 mm.
Working unit – oscillating reciprocating brush 30 mm (15 mm + 15 mm).

Polishing tech

  • Automatic thickness adjustable.
  • Adjustable feed speed via an electric inverter. 
  • Integrated vacuum device for part fixation and/or mechanical clamps.

Flat part clamping system

EMC Easy Gloss M1250 is equipped with a mechanical clamping system for reliable polishing of flat metal workpieces.
