Description

This Gazzani metal sheet laminator is engineered for the application of self-adhesive protective or decorative films onto flat sheet materials such as metal, glass, plastic, and wood. It is suitable for both single-sided and double-sided coating, providing flexibility for various production requirements.

The unit supports a maximum working thickness of 45 mm, allowing it to process a wide range of sheet materials. Film cutting is performed manually, offering operator control without the need for automated or heated cutting systems, as the machine operates without integrated heating.

The machine is equipped with sheet transfer rollers, specifically designed to integrate seamlessly with the laminating process. These rollers ensure smooth and consistent feeding and handling of materials during operation, contributing to uniform film application.

Designed to apply self-adhesive protective films to flat surfaces, safeguarding materials against:

Additional Information

This machine has been previously used for the application of Novacel protective films onto metal sheets, demonstrated in the video its effectiveness in industrial surface protection applications.
