Description

A compact continuous washer for gentle, high volume cleaning of delicate components such as precision machined components from CNC operations. Using an Archimedes screw design, the Tristar TW500 conveys parts through a stainless‑steel drum across immersion wash, spray wash, and hot‑air drying stages.

Featuring a rotating drum which has an 'Archimedes' continuous screw fitted to the internal wall, this means that as the drum rotates, the turning of the screw moves the parts forwards. The parts go through three stages within the drum, immersion wash, spray wash and hot air dry. 

This Tristar machine has been developed to provide a continuous throughput of parts that need to be degreased and dried in large quantities on a continuous basis from such machines as CNC lathes and auto's.
