Description

The Tristar rotary drum machine has been designed to provide a continuous throughput of smaller parts that need to be degreased and dried in large quantities.

  • Typical applications would be for the washing and drying of nuts, bolts, screws, fasteners or similar small parts.
  • The Tristar TS700 houses a rotating drum which has an 'Archimedes' continuous screw fitted to the internal wall. This means that as the drum rotates, the turning of the screw gently moves the parts forwards through the stages of the machine.
  • These machines have been developed to provide a continuous throughput of parts that need to be degreased, and dried in large quantities. This  3 stage model includes immersion wash, spray wash & hot air dry.

  • Coalescing Oil skimming from a separate free standing filter.
  • Coarse and fine fluid filtration.
